Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days very generous compared to other competitors because we understand sometimes things get hectic and you may require more time. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We offer this as we stand by our products and ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchase, providing a simple returns process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. No wear or tear, and returned in the same condition you received them in. Please note delivery fees will not be refunded as with any value add services unless the product is faulty.
To Return just email us or contact us and we will offer the information for you to return them.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:
- Any item if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any signs of wear the shoes will not be refunded.
- Any shoes not returned as received
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- We do business in the best of our customers interest however any abuse of this policy will not be accepted

Exchanges
We understand that buying shoes online is a risk that’s why if you need to exchange sizes please do email us for another size and return them as per our instructions. We will then send out 1 exchange completely free at our own expense, send us an email at support@beheight.com and send your item back to us.
We hope you are pleased with your order. If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Please ensure that the item is packed to arrive back to us in resalable condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid return service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Returns
We also accept international returns, orders delivered to outside of the UK/Ireland can be returned using the same process customers are liable for return costs and customs charges. The initial delivery fee will not be refunded as these are already heavily subsidised for our international customers but all other charges will be refunded to the same payment method.
