An update to my previews review of the missing insole in one of the shoes. I got the response in 2 working days, and I was offered a new insole to be sent and a discount code, so I would say the customer service is quick to respond
I have wide feet so these are great, can see the quality and the great customer service. Also uk based so all in all I found myself a great place to buy shoes.
As a female these are great, I wear them most days and literally the best pair I've had. That says it all

Opened the box to an awesome surprise, people asking I must have shelled out a lot of money. Also, love how the sole is hidden and built for that extra increase. I don't leave reviews usually but these deserve them!

I have brought many smart shoes but this one tops it all, so well made to the point I am wondering why I have been paying over the odds at other places. Great fit and sleek and comes with a cool shoe horn, great place to buy kicks from I will be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic comfort in these shoes. Slight delay with Royal mail for delivery but I now have them. Packaged very well and the quality is perfect and comfortable. In fact I wish I ordered 2 pairs now. I may just do that
2 to 4 working days delivery stated when ordering. 4 working days have now passed by and still no confirmation of a delivery date of when the shoes will be delivered. Very unsatisfactory service

I want to reassure you that your order was dispatched on Thursday, 27 March, just a few hours after it was placed, and handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. The stated delivery timeframe is 2–4 working days, which makes Wednesday, 2 April (today) the final day within that window.

These shoes are not only stylish but a lot more comfortable than you would imagine,they are very good quality and add a nice but not overly obvious boost to your height,I will definitely order again
